The world of Thera is one steeped in myth and legend that spans every culture imaginable and some that haven't yet been imagined. It is believed that there were originally three gods that built up the Divide but the history of those times has been lost to eternity. What is known is that many of the deities that currently wander the planes of our mortal existence were brought into being by the beliefs of Thera's inhabitants. As an idea grew in a being, it would gradually take shape until the idea became reality. The sentience of the idea would feed upon itself and spread.
